We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards

- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet timing standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times

- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation

- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving

- MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY

-Proven experience as a Cook or similar culinary role in a full-service restaurant

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one

- Daytime, weekend and occasional evening availability for events
