About This Position

Description:

American Plastics, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, is a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative plastic-injection molded products for the household & garage storage and commercial cleaning end-markets. We are searching for a Stocking Program Manager located at Tall Timbers in Findlay, OH but this position will support all Ohio Warehouses. This position will report to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Review all In-stock POs received, each day.
  • Review and update all shipping logs for each location. This currently includes, but is not limited to the following:
  • Issue all tickets for any shipments necessary, for all customers. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Make necessary PO adjustments in Trans4m when necessary.
  • Send POs to appropriate Team Members for processing and shipping.
  • Communicate daily with all shipping teams regarding any issues and or updates with loads and or POs.
  • Assist with shipping TSC for all locations OH, SC, MO, AZ
  • Provide backup for processing across all customers when needed.
  • Routing and managing of Emergency Loads for all in-stock customers
  • Communicating with Plants for potential shortages of product for shipments.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Eligible to work in the United States of America
  • Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Authorize Background Check
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Manhattan, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Understanding supply chain principles, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to lead meetings, present findings, and drive alignment across teams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, program management, or operations.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or logistics preferred.
