Paul Davis Restoration is hiring Summer Mitigation Technicians to assist our team responding to fire and water damage at homes and businesses. This is a great opportunity for high school juniors and seniors who want to gain work experience, learn practical skills, and be part of a team that helps people recover after disasters.

No experience needed — we provide training.

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime available as needed
• Summer seasonal position
  

• Assist technicians with fire and water damage cleanup
• Help remove damaged materials and debris
• Perform structural cleaning and basic demolition
• Set up and remove drying equipment
• Help monitor moisture levels in buildings
• Support the team with equipment loading and unloading
• Maintain a clean and safe job site

• Current high school junior or senior
• Reliable and able to show up on time
• Willing to work hard and learn new skills
• Comfortable with physical work
• Positive attitude and team player
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required

• Learn real-world construction and restoration skills
• Work with experienced professionals
• Be part of a team that helps people when they need it most
