This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale enterprise-wide People programs that have a meaningful impact on employee experience and organizational effectiveness. You will partner with senior HR and business leaders to drive strategic initiatives, support M&A integrations, and manage cross-functional projects from conception through execution. This position requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and change management expertise. You will design scalable processes, track metrics, and ensure alignment across multiple teams to deliver seamless and impactful people programs. - Lead the design, execution, and scaling of company-wide People initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously, providing structure, clarity, and execution rigor to complex programs
- Serve as a central point of coordination across People, Finance, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment
- Develop and operationalize a scalable M&A People integration framework, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution
- Drive change management strategies, including communications, manager enablement, onboarding, and adoption metrics
- Establish success metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track program impact and continuous improvement
- Ensure a seamless employee experience through transitions, including cultural alignment and stakeholder engagement
- 8+ years of experience in HR Program Management, People Operations, or related roles, with proven experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives
- Experience with HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong analytical and data capabilities, including KPI definition, dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting or leading M&A integrations or organizational transformations
- Exceptional strategic thinking, operational rigor, and change management expertise
- Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and influence skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
- Competitive base salary: $128,445 – $167,497 with potential bonus and equity components
