This role offers a unique opportunity to define and amplify the brand voice of a leading onchain asset management platform. You will lead content strategy, develop thought leadership, and build a content operation that educates and engages both institutional and retail audiences. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and collaborating closely with founders, product, and business development teams, you will translate complex financial and technical concepts into compelling narratives across social, long-form, campaigns, and community channels. You will also manage external agencies and freelancers, ensuring consistent, high-quality content that strengthens brand authority and drives commercial impact. The position combines strategic influence with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Lead the full content strategy, including SEO, product launches, go-to-market assets, newsletters, and long-form research to establish authority in onchain asset management
- Own the editorial calendar and roadmap, ensuring content is purposeful, timely, and aligned with brand objectives
- Serve as the guardian of the brand voice across paid, owned, and earned channels, maintaining consistency and credibility
- Manage social media presence across platforms, creating a repeatable content engine with educational series, market commentary, and institutional-focused materials
- Build thought leadership through PR initiatives, managing agency relationships, developing story angles, and securing media coverage
- Oversee external partners, freelancers, and ambassadors to maintain content quality, consistency, and budget efficiency
- 6+ years of experience in content, editorial, brand marketing, or PMM within financial services, fintech, or crypto/Web3
- Exceptional writing skills, able to simplify complex financial concepts without losing nuance
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, including presenting strategy and performance to senior stakeholders
- Experience producing content for both retail and institutional audiences
- Proven track record in co-marketing with partners, ecosystem players, and institutional counterparties
- Builder/operator mindset capable of creating and managing a full content operation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment with a small, collaborative team
- Preference for candidates based in the UK
