Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week); and may need to work additional hours as needed to meet departmental needs.

The Customer Mobility Consultant delivers personalized commute planning and hightouch concierge support to students, employees, UK HealthCare staff, and visitors. The role triages multichannel inquiries (e.g., listserv/email, phone, web forms), answers common questions, and consults oneonone to build custom transportation plans—integrating parking options, transit, active transportation, rideshare/carpool, and schedule constraints. The consultant owns the campus commute advisory experience endtoend: staffing orientations and advising events, curating a selfservice knowledge base, identifying trends and pain points, and recommending service and policy improvements that increase utilization and satisfaction. While the position has no supervisory responsibility, it exercises programmatic leadership across stakeholders and serves as a subjectmatter expert for the Transportation Services customer experience.
