- Lead and develop a team of regional directors, fostering engagement, accountability, and performance excellence
- Build and maintain a high-performing workforce by recruiting, mentoring, and promoting talent while ensuring retention
- Drive divisional sales growth through effective execution of corporate initiatives, operational standards, and customer experience strategies
- Implement change management and operational improvements across regions to optimize performance and employee engagement
- Partner cross-functionally with corporate teams to address operational challenges, improve processes, and enhance overall company performance
- Monitor store operations and provide guidance to regional directors and district managers to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Cultivate a culture of customer obsession and operational excellence, consistently promoting high standards of service and sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 15+ years of retail experience, including 7+ years in multi-store management or divisional leadership
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate geographically dispersed teams
- Strong business acumen, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated experience in executing corporate business plans and driving operational improvements
- Ability to travel up to 50% and work from major metropolitan areas with access to a major airport
- High level of autonomy, integrity, and strategic thinking with a focus on long-term business growth
