This is a strategic and high-impact role focused on driving critical initiatives across the organization. The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple high-stakes projects from discovery through execution, ensuring that each delivers measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including VP and executive-level leaders, to align goals, manage risks, and navigate complex dependencies. The role requires a systems-level thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, leveraging AI and automation to streamline workflows while maintaining focus on strategic results. • Lead 8-10 strategic initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment among senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, to clarify goals and drive timely decision-making
• Apply systems-level thinking to anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and manage dependencies across multiple projects
• Balance strategic and tactical priorities, knowing when to deliver minimum viable solutions versus refining for scale
• Leverage AI and automation to synthesize stakeholder input, streamline project workflows, and enhance PMO efficiency
• Ensure all projects are clearly scoped, outcome-focused, and executed to the highest quality standards

Requirements:

• 8+ years of project management experience, ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, or fast-paced technology environments
• Proven track record managing high-visibility projects and influencing VP and executive-level stakeholders
• Strong ability to connect project outcomes to organizational impact, solving for scalability and cross-team dependencies
• Experience using AI tools to support synthesis, research, and workflow automation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment, balancing urgency with strategic thinking
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
