This is a high-impact role where you will design, build, and maintain critical systems that connect complex platforms and enterprise software. You will work on secure data exchange, APIs, integrations, and modern web applications while ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability. - Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and integration workflows for enterprise and healthcare systems
- Build modern web applications using Angular, React, or comparable frameworks
- Implement secure data exchange workflows across endpoints and integrated systems, handling sensitive information with care
- Maintain automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and operational support for high-reliability systems
- Contribute to architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical problem solving
- Mentor engineers, elevate technical standards, and review code for quality and maintainability
- Participate in incident response, system monitoring, and operational improvement initiatives
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including SaaS or integration-heavy systems
- Strong backend development skills in C# and .NET 8+
- Experience designing and supporting APIs, service-to-service communications, and secure integration workflows
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) or similar structured data formats
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React
- Proficiency in test-driven development (TDD), automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of event-driven or asynchronous system design, including messaging and distributed systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving ability, and commitment to code quality
- Preferred: experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner), HIPAA compliance, cloud infrastructure, and observability tooling
