This role provides an opportunity to lead the go-to-market strategy for market-leading SaaS products in a high-growth, innovative environment. You will act as the bridge between Product and Commercial teams, translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for customers, prospects, and internal teams. The position involves owning product launches, creating content, and enabling revenue teams with tools, narratives, and insights that drive adoption and market success. You will monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitive developments to ensure messaging remains relevant and impactful. Collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success will be central to your success, while the fast-paced startup-like culture ensures visibility, impact, and professional growth.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and enhancements using tiered GTM approaches.
- Partner with Product to align on roadmap priorities and enable Sales, BDRs, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Develop launch assets, feature briefs, and internal enablement materials for high-impact releases.
- Contribute to positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions, translating technical capabilities into clear narratives.
- Own the creation and maintenance of core product content, including sales decks, one-pagers, website copy, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Clinical, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor customer feedback, market trends, regulatory updates, and competitive activity to refine messaging and positioning.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience launching and supporting complex products with multiple buyer personas.
- Strong skills in positioning, messaging, and content creation for diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to simplify complex topics without losing credibility.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience marketing healthcare, compliance, or highly regulated products is preferred.
