Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

Datamax is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Tyler, TX. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including equipment setup, parts handling, and inventory support. No prior experience or certifications are required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform shop setup, including preparing and setting up new equipment
• Inspect and verify parts to ensure accuracy and quality
• Pull parts and match them against purchase orders
• Unbox, assemble, and prepare copiers for deployment
• Assist with general warehouse duties and organization
• Support inventory management, including tracking and stocking items
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required
• Basic computer skills (data entry, email, and inventory systems)
• Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
• Basic organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs)
• Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
