Patient Care Coordinator
St. Paul, MN | Full-Time | Starting at $22/hr (based on experience)

- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling and inquiries
- Coordinate provider schedules for efficiency and patient flow
- Verify and update insurance and billing information accurately
- Process payments and maintain financial records
- Manage referrals, records, prescriptions, and patient communications
- Support patients with interpreter services when needed
- Keep the front desk and lobby organized and welcoming
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Dental office experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train you!)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems
- Commitment to patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliant)
- Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude
