This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and execute a go-to-market strategy that will define the organization’s commercial success. As Head of Sales, you will build and lead a high-performing sales engine from the ground up, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to enterprise negotiations. You will drive predictable and repeatable revenue growth while establishing processes, playbooks, and a strong team culture. The role requires strategic thinking, operational rigor, and the ability to inspire and scale a team that consistently exceeds targets. You will work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and healthcare innovation, where your impact directly influences business outcomes and market leadership.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and lead a scalable go-to-market engine that drives predictable revenue growth
  • Own the full sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, demo delivery, negotiation, and closing enterprise deals
  • Develop and implement repeatable playbooks for outbound → demo → closed-won conversion
  • Hire, train, and scale a high-performing sales team with structured onboarding and performance metrics
  • Improve sales processes and messaging through faster feedback loops and data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product strategy
  • Deliver measurable ARR impact through strategic enterprise deal closures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of startup or founder experience building and scaling sales functions from scratch
  • Proven track record of growing revenue from $0–$10M+ ARR in 12 months or less
  • Experience selling to Enterprise and Fortune 500 customers, closing $1M+ ARR deals efficiently
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguity and execute decisively, with high ownership and autonomy
  • Strong leadership skills to build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and relentless in pursuit of measurable outcomes
