The Role:

What You’ll Do

• Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

• Manage reservations and waitlists using Toast

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/reception area

• Coordinate with floor staff to ensure smooth seating flow and accurate table management

• Assist with administrative or guest service duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality (restaurant front desk/host experience is a plus)

• Friendly, calm under pressure, and excellent at multitasking

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
