We are seeking a Director of Imaging to join our growing team. The director of Imaging is responsible for the overall management, leadership and direction for Imaging Services including but not limited to Mammography, X-ray, and Ultrasound services. This role will lead strategic planning, program development, people development and engagement, resource and budget management, quality monitoring and improvement, and evaluation of policies and procedures to ensure high quality patient care and patient satisfaction. This position is key to handling all administrative matters related to Imaging Services, maintaining clinical and management knowledge to advance the profession and works in cooperation and under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer to meet all regulations and accreditation standards.

- Lead and execute both strategic and day-to-day operational initiatives, independently or in collaboration with cross-functional teams, to ensuretimelyand efficient achievement of organizational and departmentalobjectives.
- Direct all aspects of workforce management, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, supervision, retention strategies, and performance evaluations to build and sustain a high-performing team.
- Provide continuous coaching, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance employee competencies, support problem-solving, and ensure successful task completion.
- Drive employee engagement and retention by fostering a supportive, accountable work environment and consistently meeting or exceeding departmental performance metrics.
- Strengthen communication and teamwork by conducting regular staff meetings, rounding, recognizing achievements, and addressing performance issues through coaching and corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure full regulatory and safety compliance bymaintainingupdated departmental safety plans, overseeing credentialing and licensure, andpreparing forinspections while upholdinghigh standardsacross all Radiology functions.
- Manage departmental operations, projects, schedules, and resources (human, financial, and physical), while setting clear priorities,monitoringperformance data, andoptimizingproductivity, cost efficiency, and workflow improvements using continuous improvement methods such as Lean principles.
- Develop and implement strategic, financial, and service excellence plans to enhance patient satisfaction, improve care outcomes, meetstaffingand budget targets, and support overall healthcare delivery goals.
What you need to succeed:
- Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT) or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) -Preferredbut notrequired
- Credentials in any of the following imaging modalities is a preference: Radiology - ARRT(R), ARRT(THR), ARRT(BS), Mammography- ARRT(R) and ARRT(M), Ultrasound-ARDMS-AB or ARDMS-OBor ARDMS-AE - Preferred but notrequired
- BLS - Basic Life Support or Instructor (AHA) - American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Five years of experience in a radiology services, of which two years must have been in a leadership role preferably in a health center or hospital environment
- Proficient in Radiology information systems and other hospital systems
- Knowledge of outpatient clinic workflows, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory and accreditation agency requirements that impact department; stays abreast of industry changes
- Demonstrates highly effective communication skills—strong written communications and platform presentation abilities
- Strategic, adaptable, and collaborative problem-solver who fosters a positive team environment.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (especially Excel), electronic health records (eCWpreferred), and operations tracking
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Pashto,Burmeseor Rohingya toassista diverse patient population.
