Responsibilities
We are open to consider candidates all around Norway, especially from Oslo, Kristiansand, Trondheim, Bergen, Alesund, Stavanger and any other cities.
Responsible for regional growth in Industrial sales segment with market sector focus. This position will report to the Industrial Sales Manager NER and will be responsible for the development of core products sales to key market segment industries including OGP, Construction and Utilities in the Norway region.
The most significant part of the work will be contact and communication with external customers (end-users, channel partners) and internal customers (technicians, sales resources, customer service, marketing). Cross functional collaboration with other functional and segment associates to achieve best results and efficiencies in operation.
Main responsibilities:
- To manage growth expectations in the Norway Industry market with key focus at end customer level
- To train customers & channel partners on products, holds customer seminars and product demo day
- To study core products, standards, laws, regulations, policies, and pricing structures
- Having some exposure to multiple markets and competitive landscape
- To report trends/conditions, competitive activity and sales opportunities to sales management
- Familiarity with digital selling strategies
- Familiarity with management of sales process from end user through the supply chain.
- Familiarity with social media for communication purposes
Qualifications
- Strong performance and organizational talent
- Transferring Company Guidelines and Strategy into daily business
- Strong end customer orientated communication skills
- Creative problem solving and a customer-based perspective
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English language.
- Experience in sales operations
- Proven and successful sales career with a safety equipment company or significant entity in a key market segment.
- Knowledge of MSA products and customers
- Ability to travel
