Accountabilities:

Define and lead the overall Technology Operations strategy, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, architecture, and platform teams
Establish operating cadences, governance frameworks, and execution rhythms that support predictable delivery and strategic alignment
Own end-to-end product and engineering operations, including lifecycle governance, capacity planning, dependency management, and delivery risk visibility
Oversee roadmap intake, release management, and general availability readiness, ensuring clarity of business value and execution confidence
Drive architecture governance, technical risk assessment, and decision documentation in partnership with engineering and security stakeholders
Lead operationalization of strategic initiatives from release through customer adoption, including migration planning and value realization
Build executive-level dashboards, metrics, and insights to support data-driven decision-making and organizational accountability
Manage cross-functional tool ecosystems ensuring consistency, governance, and data integrity across product and engineering platforms
Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering accountability, psychological safety, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within product operations, engineering operations, or SaaS technology organizations
Proven track record of building and scaling operational functions in complex, matrixed environments
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, release governance, and product delivery frameworks
Hands-on experience with tools such as Aha, Jira, GitHub, or similar product and engineering systems
Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into measurable execution and operational discipline
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across executive and technical audiences
Exceptional communication skills with experience developing executive narratives and decision-support materials
Experience working across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, architecture, and compliance
People leadership experience with a focus on team development and building high-performance cultures
Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices and regulated industry environments is a plus
