About the Role:

The Splicer plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by ensuring the seamless joining of materials to maintain continuous production flow. This position requires precision and attention to detail to create high-quality splices that meet strict industry standards and minimize downtime. The Splicer collaborates closely with machine operators and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve splicing issues promptly. By maintaining consistent splice quality, this role directly contributes to product integrity and overall operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting production goals through expert splicing techniques and proactive process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with splicing or material handling.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate splicing machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Formal training or certification in splicing techniques or related manufacturing processes.
  • Experience working with automated splicing equipment.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and continuous improvement methodologies.
