This role sits at the intersection of strategic business development and AI-driven innovation, focused on building and expanding new AI service lines in a rapidly evolving market. The successful candidate will act as a growth architect, identifying high-value opportunities, shaping go-to-market strategies, and translating complex client needs into scalable solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies and their real-world applications across industries. It is highly collaborative, working closely with cross-functional teams to align offerings with market demand. - Drive strategic business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, emerging trends, and unmet customer needs within the AI services landscape.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and consultative engagement with prospective clients.
- Translate complex AI solutions into clear, value-driven narratives tailored to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies aligned with client pain points and industry dynamics.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning, pricing, and differentiation strategies.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and mutual value creation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, delivery, marketing, and operations) to ensure feasibility and successful execution of solutions.
- 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a solutions-based environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving measurable business growth.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs and tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, and their commercial applications.
- Experience in tech, media, gaming, or AI-driven services is highly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to interpret market and customer data.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced certifications are a plus).
