RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repair and maintain production and plant equipment
• Perform equipment changeovers and line setups
• Execute preventive maintenance programs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during production
• Collaborate with team members to identify solutions and improve processes
• Support a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2+ years of industrial maintenance or related experience
• Experience with high-speed packaging, processing, or manufacturing equipment preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to apply technical principles in real-world situations
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic with a demonstrated commitment to safety and teamwork
