Job Summary:
Expedites materials or parts to Peterbilt to support manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Delivers expedited product to Peterbilt.
- Brings back returned product from Peterbilt.
- Maintain 30-minute average delivery time.
- Assists in loading and unloading trucks as required.
- Inspect truck equipment and supplies, such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water. Maintain daily inspection log.
- Maintain telephone or radio contact with the plant to receive delivery or pick-up instructions.
- Maintains a clean driving record.
- Work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and/or experience:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure with deadlines.
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate and handle multiple priorities within deadlines
Certifications, licenses, registrations:
- Valid driver license. Clear MVR. Clean Driving Record

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must demonstrate the ability to meet these physical demands within their 90-day probationary period.
