You will serve as a lead technical expert, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our clients' critical infrastructure:

• Service & High-Level Repair: Execute expert maintenance and repair of plumbing systems in residential and commercial environments, including fixtures, water lines, and complex assemblies.

• Technical Diagnostics: Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of plumbing failures and implement long-term structural solutions.

• System Installation: Direct the installation of new plumbing systems and high-end fixtures, ensuring every weld and connection exceeds state building codes.

• Consultative Client Relations: Act as a professional advisor to homeowners and facility managers, explaining technical issues and providing accurate repair or replacement estimates.

• Drainage & Sewer Logistics: Perform comprehensive sewer services, including high-definition video inspections and precision cleaning.

• Remodeling Integration: Support washroom and kitchen remodeling projects, ensuring new plumbing layouts are seamlessly integrated into architectural designs.

• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain rigorous safety standards and precise records of materials, labor, and system configurations.

• Licensure: An active Journeyman Plumber License in the State of Wisconsin is strictly required.

• Experience: Minimum of 35 years of professional experience in the field, with a balanced background in both commercial and residential service.

• Technical Mastery: Proficiency with modern diagnostic instruments, specialized plumbing tools, and heavy equipment.

• Knowledge Base: In-depth understanding of the Wisconsin Uniform Plumbing Code and industry safety regulations.
