Anderson Injury Lawyers is seeking a highly skilled Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to take the lead on our high-value and commercial injury cases. This is an opportunity to handle sophisticated matters with the full support of an established, talented legal team—allowing you to focus on strategy, client advocacy, and top-tier results.

Your location can be flexible, this position can be remote, hybrid or in office with locations in Dallas, Fort Worth and Austin.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary attorney on complex, high-value personal injury and commercial cases.
  • Meet with potential new clients to explain the process and execute Attorney–Client contracts.
  • Communicate daily with clients, witnesses, experts, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
  • Review and analyze insurance policies, medical records, bills, and other evidence relevant to a client’s claim.
  • Discern early in the case the viability of the claim, the possible damages and legal theories for recovery.
  • Perform legal research relevant to liability, damages, and case valuation.
  • Manage the entire pre-litigation lifecycle of each case with an emphasis on quality, communication, and timely progress.
  • Negotiate settlements and secure favorable outcomes on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain accurate case updates and documentation in the case management system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of strong pre-litigation or litigation experience involving commercial or high-policy-limit cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently evaluate, develop, and negotiate high-value claims.
  • Licensed to practice in Texas, or able to become licensed within 6 months.
