Store Supervisor at Three Boys Java LLC – Commerce Township, Michigan

We are looking for a shift supervisor with an outgoing, energetic, positive, and friendly personality to help lead the team at our newest drive-thru only store in Commerce! Using our core values of integrity, love, humility, and courage as a guide, you’ll help develop a team of amazing people, serving amazing drinks, amazingly fast. If coffee is new to you, don’t worry. We’ll teach you everything you need to know!

Hours: Flexible schedule with all shifts available.

Responsibilities:

• Leading shifts – including morning rushes, middays, and closes.
• Training new Baristas
• Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and food.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain store.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed.
• Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings.
• Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries.
• Additional duties as assigned.
