About This Position
Hiring: Architectural & Commercial Sales ManagerPay: $ 95k - 120k annually based on skills and experience.Hours: 8:00 am -5:00 pm, M-F with some flexibility

Travel: 35%+ (Regional and National Travel Required) Join Our Team as an Architectural & Commercial Sales ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic Architectural & Commercial Sales Manager to help drive strategic growth and expand our footprint in the architectural and commercial project space. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with deep industry knowledge to join a fast-growing, innovative manufacturer of concrete paver solutions. Summary: As a key member of our sales team, you’ll build lasting relationships with architects, landscape designers, contractors, developers, and municipal leaders. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—guiding product specifications, supporting project bids, and positioning our brand as the preferred partner on complex, large-scale projects across the region. What you will do:Develop and grow relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and municipalities.Influence and secure product specifications for commercial and municipal projects.Identify and pursue high-value project opportunities; drive them through to close.Deliver technical product presentations, AIA/CEU education sessions, and on-site consultations.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership on pricing and custom product solutions.Attend trade shows, association meetings, and regional industry events as a brand ambassador.Maintain CRM entries and update sales pipeline with precision and timeliness.What you will need:5+ years in architectural or commercial sales (preferably in building materials, hardscapes, or related construction products).Strong network of industry contacts in architecture, development, and public works.Knowledge of commercial construction timelines and public project approval processes.Proven ability to secure specifications and close complex commercial deals.Willingness and ability to travel extensively (35%+).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Preferred skills:Experience in the concrete paver or hardscape industry.Technical understanding of paver manufacturing, installation, and performance specs.Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Knowledge of DOT specifications, LEED requirements, or green infrastructure products (e.g., permeable pavers).Experience using lead generation tools like Dodge or ConstructConnect.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus performance-based commission/bonusVehicle allowance for mileageComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)Opportunities for advancement and leadership in a growing companyGreat work environment with supportive and thoughtful staff, who are value-driven.E-Verify:Artistic Pavers participates in the federal government’s E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of all newly hired employees and most existing employees through an electronic database maintained by the Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security.
