- Intake of invoices and comparison to contractual termsManagement of approval process for invoicesRecording of invoices in Quickbooks onlineReconciliation of detailed daily banking transactions (knowledge of bank accounting a major plus)Conversion of banking activity into P&L and Balance Sheet changesWorking with outside accounting firm on audited financialsDeveloping and delivering financial reporting to executive management
