- Intake of invoices and comparison to contractual termsManagement of approval process for invoicesRecording of invoices in Quickbooks onlineReconciliation of detailed daily banking transactions (knowledge of bank accounting a major plus)Conversion of banking activity into P&L and Balance Sheet changesWorking with outside accounting firm on audited financialsDeveloping and delivering financial reporting to executive management
- Preferably a Certified Public AccountantUS CPA is a plus5 Years of Accounting ExperienceExposed to using ERPs - Quickbooks, Oracle, SAPExperience in Banking Industry is major plusAmenable to work on a hybrid arrangementWilling to work on graveyard shift
