Customer Service Rep - DC at Progress Lighting LLC – Jefferson, Georgia

Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking to fill a Customer Service Representative at our Jefferson DC. To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of distribution logistics.

• Generate, distribute and track daily operational reports to support the Operations team.
• Communicate with key Customer Service Managers & Supervisors to resolve transportation and shipment issues, while maintaining daily communication with customer service teams to address order-related inquiries.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and secure shipping office environment for both associates and visitors.
• Ensure the shipping office remains a clean, organized, and safe workspace for all team members.
• Manage open order tracking, repick workflows, and expedited order reporting to support timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven time management skills; work overtime as needed to meet deadlines
• Computer experience in Microsoft Excel is desired
• Knowledge of SAP WMS preferred
• High Attention to detail
• Strong independent worker
• Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• A minimum of (2) years of distribution experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving processes, procedures and systems
