About This Position

Job Overview:

Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, this key position works in partnership with the Regional Marketing Managers by overseeing the workflow planning and execution of paid advertising activities, campaigns, and initiatives for both 123 Corporate and Legacy clinics across Canada.

The PPC Analyst is a cornerstone member of the Digital team, responsible for the PPC performance of our dental clinics, groups, and brands across Canada. As the PPC Analyst, you will be responsible for doing keyword research, account setup, and ongoing optimization of paid digital advertising and ensuring digital campaigns are up to standard across the network.

To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of PPC Advertising in both Google and Meta, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders and agencies. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and health of Google Ad and Meta Ad accounts
  • Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
  • Collaborate with internal departments and teams, as well as external agencies, to guide, strategically advise and direct their work.
  • Identify and provide PPC input on clinic reports and campaign forecasting
  • Perform ongoing audience targeting, expansion and optimization, and utilizing bid management tools and data modeling to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Maximize and optimize existing digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, proactively making strategic campaign recommendations
  • Set up, tracking and reporting to analyze website analytics, PPC initiatives and campaigns. Including working with third-party aggregating reporting tools to create meaningful reports for clients.
  • Proactively monitor campaign results and analyze key metrics to achieve maximum ROI in paid ad campaigns
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies, staying plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and applying them into operations and activities

Education, Credentials, Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business or relevant industry experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads Network
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid campaigns across the Meta Ads Network
  • Google Ads Certification
  • Meta Ads Certification
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition for brick-and-mortar businesses

  • Strong analytics skills, including Google Analytics, and the ability to digest and communicate complex data effectively
  • Experience with the following programs or equivalents: Google GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot (CRM). CallRail and Asana
  • Airtable, Looker Studio, Notion, HotJar, Mailchimp an asset
  • Must be able to use Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and more from G-Suite.
  • Curious, open-minded, and passionate about marketing
