- Develop and own the go-to-market plan, segment and persona strategy, messaging, positioning, and storytelling for solutions in the Enterprise market.
- Craft cross-portfolio messaging and content reflecting workflows and use cases aligned with business outcomes.
- Enhance and manage the integrated product launch program in partnership with various teams to drive business impact.
- Identify target personas, articulate value propositions, and drive desired business outcomes.
- Support the development of solutions-based sales plays.
- Oversee creation, audit, and maintenance of core marketing assets including messaging frameworks and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and channel teams to facilitate effective campaign messaging.
- Strategize and execute product launches while determining success metrics.
- Create effective sales enablement materials.
- Work closely with product management to align marketing efforts with product features.
- 7+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing in a high-growth software environment.
- Extensive experience in marketing IT and networking solutions to C-level decision-makers.
- Strong background in defining and leading multi-product launches in complex environments.
- Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into business needs.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels, including executive leaders.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach.
- Deep sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on messaging accuracy and alignment.
