- Engage in technical discussions with data scientists and engineers, showcasing the products value to company executives.
- Present product roadmaps, manage escalations, and conduct regular status calls.
- Collaborate with the case resolution team to resolve customer requests and escalations.
- Provide technical expertise and support for solution implementation throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Assist customers in migrating from on-prem solutions to cloud-based services.
- Participate in governance meetings to strategize on customer adoption and usage.
- Collect customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in network administration or information systems.
- Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing technical role.
- Proven experience in customer success and service delivery.
- Familiarity with SaaS infrastructure and various platform architectures.
- Experience with similar products in the market.
