Responsibilities
Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with building standards and project specificationsInspect all material upon arrival to the jobsite to ensure complianceReview plans to identify potential violationsDocument inspections and report any issuesDetermine the quality of materials being used throughout testing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management a plusMinimum six (6) years of experience in building construction tradesMinimum four (4) years of experience as a Construction Inspector including inspection of site/civil is required.OSHA 30 hr.Proficiency with web-based submittal collaboration systems Construction scheduling knowledge to support project team Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and proceduresAbility to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computationsExperience reading and interpreting plans and specificationsStrong written and oral communication skillsCollaborate with multiple team members Our Culture: We believe in the power of collaboration.
