Lead Route Driver at Toi Toi USA LLC – Savannah, Georgia

Job Summary:

The Lead Route Driver will operate a service truck and drive to various routed locations to clean and service portable restrooms, holding tanks, and trailers.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

1. Train, assist, admin duties, report any and all workings to OM. Fill in for management when needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performs pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintains truck logs according to state and federal regulations.
• Operates service truck on designated route to work sites based on routing information.
• Maintains contact with dispatch and supervisor and communicates frequently with customers and job superintendents.
• Services portable restrooms, holding tanks, sinks, trailers etc., located at work sites by following the Company’s route driver guidelines.
• Stocks paper products, hand sanitizer, soap, etc. in all units being serviced.
• Cleans interior and exterior of units and add deodorizer solution to portable restroom units.
• Follows all established safety rules & regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year commercial driving experience
• Class A or B CDL license or;
• Combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must be able to stand and walk, sometimes long distances
• Must be able to use and reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
• Must be able to lift up to 150 pounds
