Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician interested in a part-time role? We have an unique opportunity available to join our team at an executive level commercial property in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations and upkeep of a premier, executive-level commercial property. This individual will work collaboratively with the existing on-site technician and property manager to ensure the facility maintains the highest standards of functionality, safety, and appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily, weekly, and seasonal maintenance projects to uphold optimal building performance.
• Partner with the on-site technician and property manager to execute preventive maintenance and respond to service requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively via email and digital platforms.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and building standards.

Schedule:

• Part-time role: 12–20 hours per week, primarily afternoons.
• Must work until 5pm each day with additional ,flexible scheduling based on operational needs.

• Strong professional presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in email correspondence and basic computer applications.
• Working knowledge of core building systems, including:
  • HVAC (heat pumps, cooling towers, boilers)
  • Building automation systems
  • Air handlers
  • Electrical and plumbing systems
  • Life safety, fire protection, and security systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
