- Install and relocate medical products following technical guidelines.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on devices.
- Act as liaison with global technical support for evaluations and issues.
- Respond to customer service calls promptly, adhering to corporate policies.
- Promote service contracts and additional offerings in coordination with management.
- Collaborate with sales on equipment demonstrations and evaluations.
- Mentor new hires in the field and assist with training.
- Maintain accurate reporting of expenses and service records.
- Uphold ethical standards and report any quality issues to management.
- Associate's degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years' experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar capacity.
- Experience with complex capital medical devices is required.
- Proficient in computer applications, including networking and CRM software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
