• Install and relocate medical products following technical guidelines.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on devices.
• Act as liaison with global technical support for evaluations and issues.
• Respond to customer service calls promptly, adhering to corporate policies.
• Promote service contracts and additional offerings in coordination with management.
• Collaborate with sales on equipment demonstrations and evaluations.
• Mentor new hires in the field and assist with training.
• Maintain accurate reporting of expenses and service records.
• Uphold ethical standards and report any quality issues to management.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar capacity.
• Experience with complex capital medical devices is required.
• Proficient in computer applications, including networking and CRM software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
