You will become a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and fulfillment of their strategic goals, while collaborating closely with key stakeholders.Accountabilities
- Perform specific delivery support activities for a single customer
- Assist in coordinating development and consolidation of technical and process documentation
- Focus on activities like data analytics and reporting
- Assist with analyzing specific issues with the customer
- Partner with team(s) to provide an outstanding experience to the customer
- Provide hardware and software incident support
- Deliver IMACD (install/moves/adds/changes/deinstalls) tasks related to requests
- Perform remote support for other locations
- Work closely with the local customer
- Support other IT-related manufacturing support on-site, as directed by the manager
- 4 to 6 years of related experience
- Good organizational and planning skills to coordinate program deliverables
- Ability to set priorities and work independently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- ServiceNOW or related experience
