- Build and maintain GTM automation workflows that improve efficiency across sales and customer success teams.
- Design and implement AI agents and self-service data products to convert raw data into actionable intelligence.
- Collaborate with leadership to rapidly prototype solutions and validate measurable impact.
- Ensure GTM systems are scalable, documented, testable, and maintainable.
- Integrate systems via APIs, webhooks, and other automation tools to streamline operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve GTM processes using advanced analytics and AI techniques.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related GTM function.
- Advanced Salesforce CRM expertise, including data modeling, report building, workflow configuration, and object/field management.
- Proficient in SQL, able to write complex queries (joins, CTEs, window functions) for data analysis and product development.
- Hands-on experience with GTM automation tools such as Clay.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, authentication, and webhooks.
- Demonstrated ability to build production-quality, maintainable, and documented solutions (portfolio or GitHub examples preferred).
- Advanced AI/LLM experience, including RAG systems or AI agents for GTM use cases.
- Preferred: experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, attribution models, Salesforce Einstein, or AgentForce; familiarity with healthcare, B2B sales, or startup environments.
