This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Product Analyst. This role plays a pivotal part in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. The Technical Product Analyst will support solution design and ensure that all delivered functionalities align with business, client, and regulatory standards. You will be key in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, making the role ideal for those who thrive in data-driven environments and appreciate thorough validation processes. Engage with diverse teams to ensure products meet high-quality standards in a regulated landscape.Accountabilities
  • Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements, translating needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define solution approaches, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities.
  • Perform data analysis and validation using SQL to support requirements, troubleshoot issues, and confirm system behavior.
  • Support system integrations by documenting data mappings, system-to-system flows, and API or interface requirements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness activities.
  • Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution coordination, and defect validation.
  • Serve as a technical liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze post-release results to validate data accuracy and system performance.
  • Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, audit, and data governance standards.
  • Maintain clear, well-structured documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role with increasing technical responsibility.
  • Experience supporting Agile teams and delivering requirements in iterative development environments.
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, including joins, data validation, and troubleshooting across complex datasets.
  • Experience working with system integrations, APIs, or data flows across enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira for backlog management and requirements tracking.
  • Experience documenting technical requirements, data mappings, and system behavior with accuracy and detail.
  • Experience in healthcare, PBM, claims processing, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based environments and modern application architectures.
  • Strong understanding of compliance considerations including HIPAA, PHI/PII handling.
