- Develop and maintain sales and pipeline reporting tools used for performance tracking.
- Work closely with Sales leaders to analyze funnel performance and forecast revenue growth.
- Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for go-to-market teams.
- Support planning processes by preparing inputs and tracking performance metrics.
- Drive measurable improvements in growth strategies through data-driven analysis.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or analytics roles.
- Proven ability in building and maintaining sales reporting tools using Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools.
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheet functions and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including report/dashboard creation.
- Ability to work through data hygiene and process issues.
- Experience with forecast and planning processes.
