In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing solutions for various technical service issues related to electronic data capture tools. Your expertise will help manage and maintain study databases, as well as create data sets that adhere to industry standards. You will be responsible for producing reports, visual analytics, and ensuring quality checks are performed, all of which contribute significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of project outcomes.Accountabilities

• Perform independent programming activities on multiple projects concurrently with minimal support.
• Develop and implement solutions to technical service issues regarding EDC tools.
• Create CRF Annotations and programming specifications for datasets.
• Develop and maintain SAS programs for dataset creation.
• Program ad-hoc and scheduled reports using various programming tools.
• Produce Define XML/pdfs and annotated ECRFs for submission deliverables.
• Develop visual analytics dashboards using tools like Spotfire/Tableau.
• Complete assigned work utilizing EDC tools or SAS, adhering to project guidelines.
• Train and mentor team members on EDC tools or SAS as required.
• Plan and oversee all programming activities on studies.
• Perform quality checks on source data and communicate issues effectively.

Requirements

• University or college degree in life sciences, health sciences, information technology, or related fields preferred.
• 4 - 7 years of relevant work experience in data management and database support.
• Experience with EDC systems programming or SAS programming or development of analytical tools.
• Proficiency in problem-solving with a proactive approach.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes and data management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
