- Practice within the NMC professional practice and Code of Conduct.
- Conduct comprehensive Occupational Health assessments.
- Advise on management of sickness absence and long-term health issues.
- Provide guidance on reasonable workplace adjustments.
- Support wellbeing and health promotion initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of clinical records.
- Ensure auditable practice through commitment to quality standards.
- Collaborate with technology and process improvement teams.
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health.
- 35 years post-registration experience in Occupational Health roles.
- Skilled in managing complex caseloads and health assessments.
- Strong knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation.
- Up-to-date knowledge of health conditions relevant to workplace fitness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficient in medical and Occupational Health electronic systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a remote setting.
- Starting salary of 45,000 per annum.
