Maintenance Specialist at RiseWell Community Services – Queens, New York

RiseWell is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Specialist to join the team at one of our residential sites in Queens Village, NY

In this role, under the supervision of the Director, the Maintenance Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping for all Risewell facilities and sites

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in building maintenance and repairs Clean Valid NYS Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
