Position Summary

Founded in 1916, ITI is an international trade association with a team of professionals on four continents.We promote public policies and industry standards that advance competition and innovation worldwide.Our diverse membership and expert staff provide policymakers the broadest perspective and thought leadership from technology, hardware, software, services, and related industries.Reporting to HR Generalist, the HR Intern will be supporting our HR Team and be part of our Operations and Finance department.
Your responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records within internal HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage electronic personnel files, including organizing and maintaining documentation within SharePoint and other digital filing systems.
• Support the HR Director in full lifecycle recruitment efforts, including drafting and posting job advertisements, updating and removing postings across job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates; conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for shortlisted candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
• Assist in preparing HR-related reports and analytics, including new hire reports, employee milestone summaries (e.g., anniversaries and birthdays), and other workforce data as needed.
• Support the tracking, monitoring, and structuring of HR metrics to enhance data-driven decision-making and inform HR initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the organization.
• Coordinate Fellowship program activities for the incoming fellow cohort, including communications, scheduling, program logistics, and ongoing administrative support.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support the planning and execution of company events and internal programs.
• Supporting cross-functional projects in areas such as accounting, finance, and IT, including tasks like financial data entry, basic reporting, and IT system organization.
Your qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in HRM or studying toward a degree in Human Resources or related field.
● Minimum one-year experience of working in an office environment.
● Basic understanding of labor laws.
● Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Office 365).
● Must have the ability to work as part of a team.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
● Effective communication skills.
● Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
