TMS Technician (Medical Technician/Patient Advocate)
Location: Onsite - South End locations (Lakewood, Olympia, Kitsap, Federal Way)
Employment Type: Part-Time, W-2 Employee, Non-Exempt

Hourly Rate: $22-24/hr
Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (no nights or weekends!)
Reports To: Regional Manager

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Part-Time TMS Technician to support our South End Clinics - including Lakewood, Olympia, Kitsap, and Federal Way —an opportunity that goes beyond a job to help patients reclaim their lives while you grow your career in a collaborative, people-first environment. TMS Technician Responsibilities:
  • Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided).
  • Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient.
  • Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.
  • Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
  • Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits (Part-Time Employees are eligible for):

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $22-24/hr
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match up to 4%
  • Paid leave in accordance with state regulations
Requirements: TMS Technician Requirements
  • Preferred Education: BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field.
  • 2+ years in healthcare, patient care, or medical office support (CNA, MA, Patient Care Tech, etc.).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.
  • Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices.
  • Patient-centered, compassionate team player who is professional, punctual, and proactive
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details effectively
  • Preferred: BLS certification.
