Billing Clerk - Subaru at Germain Automotive – Columbus, Ohio

Germain Subaru is looking for a billing clerk to join our team of professionals! This will be a full time position with working hours of Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Compensation will be $18.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Makes floor plan payoffs and assists with floor plan audits
• CDK experience preferred.
• Bills out all dealer trades and prepares Certificates of Origin.
• Stays abreast of title regulations. Attends seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available training on title regulations and conducts periodic training sessions for managers and sales personnel regarding title regulations and procedures.
• Stock in new inventory
• Process off street purchases and other used car purchases.
• Post Manheim Auction Sales
• Make copies from car deals for the Title clerk
• Compliance deals for audit purpose
