Position Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a strategic and highly visible role in shaping the future of All Star Healthcare Solutions. This position owns the full recruitment lifecycle for key sales roles, driving talent strategies that strengthen our culture, elevate the candidate experience, and fuel organizational growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and sales leaders, build and nurture high‑quality talent pipelines, and champion a best‑in‑class recruitment experience that reflects our people‑first values.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for sales consultants, client developers, sales managers, and business partners ensuring a seamless, high‑touch experience from first contact to first day.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, universities, networking groups, and emerging talent channels to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Facilitate and elevate the interview process, coordinating schedules, participating in interviews, and guiding hiring teams on best practices and market insights.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role expectations, clarify success profiles, and craft compelling, brand‑aligned job postings.
- Conduct thoughtful, structured screenings to assess experience, competencies, cultural alignment, and long‑term potential.
- Champion the candidate experience, ensuring every interaction is timely, engaging, and reflective of All Star’s values.
- Monitor and achieve recruitment performance metrics, contributing to a data‑driven, results‑oriented TA function.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and performance reporting through the ATS and other analytics tools.
- Support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives, helping to amplify All Star’s reputation as a top workplace.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance candidate engagement strategies.
- Engage in special projects that strengthen our recruiting operations, with a focus on improving ATS functionality, streamlining processes, and elevating the end‑to‑end hiring experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook ·
- Ability to conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidate capability ·
- Ability to execute daily tasks with limited supervision ·
- Must be flexible, adaptable and well organized ·
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education/Experience/Specialized Knowledge Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, commercially driven, high-growth environment
- Familiarity with healthcare staffing is a plus.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and hire sales talent at various levels
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach to recruitment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ADP, Workday)
