About This Position

Logixboard’s software enables freight forwarders to deliver world-class digital experience to their customers, which propels them far ahead of their competition and dramatically increases customer retention and sales.

We’ve raised over $50m in capital and have built a platform that our customers genuinely love and rely on in their day-to-day work.

We’re still a scrappy startup building product that needs to win in a competitive market. We have real traction, an active roadmap, and a lot to ship in a short amount of time.
We are looking to bring on a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build and scale our top of funnel motion. This role will generate pipeline, support clean data and process, and help shape how Logixboard approaches outbound demand generation and campaign-driven prospecting. This role will work very closely with the CEO and is highly cross-functional. The idea candidate is someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and can manage competing priorities across teams.
Success in this role looks like consistently generating qualified pipeline, maintaining strong meeting-to-opportunity conversion rates, and contributing meaningful feedback that improves campaign performance.
Given the needs of the business, we are looking for candidates in Seattle, WA only and who can come into the office 3-4 days a week.

What You’ll Do:
  • Work a mix of outbound prospecting and warm leads from campaigns, events, and partnership-driven programs
  • Partner closely with the team to support lead flow, targeting, and data input
  • Provide real-time feedback to the team on lead quality, messaging, and conversions
  • Able to review campaign metrics and communicate the outcomes
  • Manage competing priorities across prospecting, operational asks, and experimentation
  • Help identify process gaps and improvement opportunities across the GTM funnel
  • Operate with autonomy while collaborating across functions

What we’re looking for:
  • 1–2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or prospecting-focused role, with hands-on responsibility for outbound outreach (calls, emails, video, and/or social)
  • Comfort initiating conversations with new prospects and energized by outbound prospecting, follow-up, and re-engagement
  • Strong discovery instincts with an able to identify operational pain quickly
  • High resilience with ability to handle rejection and iterate messaging
  • Experience qualifying leads and setting meetings that convert to pipeline
  • Understanding of data analysis, and know how to track and monitor campaign KPIs
  • Ability to think outside the box, and be creative in reaching target prospects
  • Strong judgment around prioritization - knows how to focus effort on the right accounts, messages, and moments
  • Bias for action with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and imperfect systems while still driving consistent execution
  • Clear, confident communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally
  • Organized and self-directed; able to manage competing inputs without needing constant direction
  • Excited by the opportunity to help build and shape the BDR motion, not just inherit a playbook

Nice to have:
  • Experience working closely with Demand Generation teams
  • Startup or early-stage environment experience
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Gong, or similar sales tools

Compensation
  • This role has a base salary of $70,000 and a variable target of $20,000 for an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $90,000, plus equity.
