What You’ll Do:

• Meet with homeowners to discuss their remodeling needs and design solutions.
• Utilize the Re-Bath Sales System to provide a first-class, consultative experience.
• Provide precise measurements, diagrams, and project details for our Production Team.
• Partner with the Project Manager to ensure smooth execution of remodels.
• Follow up on completed projects to ask for referrals and strengthen client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• Reliable and professional vehicle.
• Availability Tuesday–Saturday and occasional evenings.
• Smartphone and familiarity with basic tech.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• A coachable, growth-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Experience in construction or familiarity with remodeling.
• Background in business-to-consumer sales or consultative selling.
