Store Manager Position Summary
As a Store Manager at RNR Tire Express you will lead by example and drive the success of the store through strong leadership customer focus and a passion for team development You will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations including sales customer service inventory management staffing and compliance while ensuring that every team member is aligned with our mission to help customers safely and affordably own the tires and wheels they need
This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to building a positive culture rooted in excellence accountability and care You will coach and develop your team set performance goals manage PL and ensure every customer receives exceptional service from the first greeting to final delivery

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales and Profitability – Lead your team to achieve and exceed store sales goals while maximizing profitability
- Develop and Motivate Your Team – Train coach and mentor team members in sales techniques customer rapport and effective use of technology
- Create an Exceptional Customer Experience – Build lasting relationships and foster customer loyalty
- Oversee Daily Operations – Manage sales service collections and accounting functions for the store
- Manage Inventory – Ensure proper stock levels reduce loss and maximize availability
- Ensure Compliance – Uphold company policies maintain operational excellence and drive performance

Work Requirements
- Be able to reach bend stoop push and frequently lift up to 100 pounds
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- Flexible schedule required
- Strong attention to detail is a must—accuracy and care matter in everything we do
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members both in person and through phone and text
