Summary

As an Executive Housekeeper at Homewood Suites by Hilton, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable environment. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service that align with our brand's commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

· Manage and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the hotel.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Train new staff on housekeeping procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or similar environment.

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
